This group therapy experience is designed to help you build confidence in social settings, form and nurture genuine friendships, and set boundaries that protect your emotional well-being—both online and in real life.
In this group, you will learn how to:
Initiate and maintain friendships in the digital era
Identify and communicate your personal boundaries
Recognize and navigate red flags in friendships
Practice healthy conflict resolution and assertiveness
Manage social anxiety, awkwardness, and self-doubt in social settings
Rebuild trust and self-esteem after past friendship challenges
Through guided discussions, role-playing exercises, and supportive peer interaction, you’ll gain practical tools and insights that foster connection and self-awareness in a judgment-free, therapeutic environment.
Who this group is for:
Adults and young adults seeking to improve their social skills, feel more confident in friendships, and build lasting, meaningful relationships.
Format:
Weekly 90-minute virtual sessions - Participants must reside in WA state with stable internet and a confidential space.
Group runs for 12 weeks and is payments are every six weeks in advance.
